 The SCHL hosts the Annual All-Star Game each season at the second Regional event in February. The league traditionally votes for the top players and teams are formed based on one of two systems. Which system will provide for the best All-Star game?

 The SCHL originaly featured a 26 game season with 45 minute games (2 12 minute halves). The league currently plays a 20 game season with 60 minute games (3 12 minute periods). What is the best format for the league?

 As a pioneer in roller hockey streaming media, the SCHL has provided live and on-demand streaming media for over two years. The service has been provided to the SCHL free of charge, but with the costs involved to produce this service, the SCHL will need to consider budgeting for this service in the 2006-2007 season.
